Process Automation Senior Developer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of enterprise Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, the full-time Process Automation Senior Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency, with the flexibility of 100% remote work from any US location.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create documentation for automation workflows
• Implement and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, including Intelligent Document Processing and API integrations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath
• Proven experience in the full life cycle of RPA solutions, from identifying opportunities to deployment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
