Process Automation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Application and Automation Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights within the healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement process enhancements
• Provide technical support for healthcare applications and troubleshoot issues
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

• Strong operational knowledge of contact center platforms and CRM integration
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
• Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or SQL
• Knowledge of automation technologies including RPA and scripting
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements is a plus
