Dedicated and tech-savvy, the full-time remote Process Automation & Optimization Specialist will analyze and improve existing processes across departments, reduce manual work using automation tools, and handle technical requests to support internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and improve existing processes across different departments
• Reduce manual work using automation tools and AI-based solutions
• Handle technical requests and resolve issues related to various tools

Required qualifications

• Mid-level experience in automation, process optimization, or operations
• Practical experience using AI tools for process optimization
• Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools such as Zapier or n8n
• Ability to work independently with documentation and troubleshooting resources
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
