Process Automation Strategy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Process & Automation Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Develop business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for automation and process changes
• Coach and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma principles while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7 years in process improvement, business analysis, or automation strategy roles
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of automation technologies (RPA, workflow platforms, API-driven solutions)
