Process Automation Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

Process Automation Subject Matter Expert, a contracted remote position responsible for evaluating, designing, and optimizing financial workflows to support transformation initiatives while ensuring compliance with government standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the documentation of current workflows and design optimized processes for finance transformation
• Drive the modernization of financial workstreams, ensuring integration with ERP systems like Deltek Costpoint
• Ensure compliance with Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and design internal controls for audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in business process analysis within Finance and Accounting transformation projects
• Experience working with government agencies or contractors, with knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Hands-on knowledge of Deltek Costpoint ERP and its application in government accounting
• Deep understanding of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) related to government contract accounting
