Process Consultant III

Job Summary

Driving measurable results across Treasury, the full-time hybrid Process Consultant III will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, document and standardize processes, and improve quality and productivity while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Document and standardize processes to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions for scalable growth

Required qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of business process experience, including end-to-end process development and design
• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least five years of relevant business process experience
• Experience managing continuous improvement projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of Kaizen, root cause analysis, DMAIC, DMADV, and value stream mapping
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodology and certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred
