Process Consultant IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Consultant IV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement solutions for legal operations processes
• Work with critical stakeholders to lead and ensure adoption of legal department improvements
• Focus on initiating, designing, and implementing operational process enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of business process experience, or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
• Experience in end-to-end process development and back-end business systems
• Ability to apply Human Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies
• Legal operations experience or litigation subject matter expertise
• Demonstrated ability to conduct formal presentations and work with all levels of the organization
