Process Controls Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely during PST hours, the temporary Process Controls Specialist will define and document standardized processes, create comprehensive training materials, and support business process development and governance to enhance operational efficiency across critical functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for global project controls
• Design end-to-end process flows and swimlane diagrams using advanced visualization tools
• Develop high-quality technical documentation and training materials for various enterprise systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in process management or related fields
• Proven expertise in business process documentation and SOP development
• Demonstrated ability in process mapping and workflow design
• Proficiency with visualization tools for process flow modeling
