Process Design Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Process Design Specialist will coordinate and implement projects, analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, and communicate with stakeholders to enhance operational processes within the Claims organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and implement projects by analyzing project scope and objectives
• Drive multiple projects to successful, on-time completion while recognizing and solving operational problems
• Create process maps and lead process design and improvement sessions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property claims experience with in-depth knowledge of the claims process
• Strong analytical thinking skills to break down complex concepts and identify solutions
• Proficiency in project management and process mapping tools
• Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Willingness to learn new methodologies and problem-solving tools
