Process Discovery Lead

Job Summary

To define and scale critical functions for service offerings, the full-time remote Process Discovery Lead will engage with executives to map workflows, identify opportunities for AI integration, and translate findings into structured project plans that drive measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured interviews with stakeholders to map workflows and identify inefficiencies
• Translate business processes into AI use cases with quantifiable ROI and prioritize opportunities
• Convert findings into executable AI project plans and ensure alignment between business and technical teams

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation roles
• Background in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies
• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact in large organizations
• Strong experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and synthesizing insights
• Ability to translate business processes into structured frameworks and execution plans
