Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Engineer to evaluate and improve cross-functional business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support the rollout of new processes and conduct training sessions for adoption
• Develop key performance indicators to measure process improvement outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Process, Operations, or related field required
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in process design, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
• Experience in software, engineering, technology, or manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Experience working in Agile environments or supporting PMO operations is a plus
