Key Responsibilities

Provide hands-on support for process improvements, variability reduction, and defect reduction
Collect process data and assist in executing experiments directed by plant process engineers
Analyze data sets to identify relationships for line performance and support the development of standard work documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience required
Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DoE) preferred
Process Improvement expertise preferred
