Process Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, optimization, and operation of assigned assets and processes while ensuring safety and performance standards
• Manage initiatives for asset performance improvements and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support troubleshooting and training for maintenance personnel and document process issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Paper Science, or a related discipline
• 3+ years of industrial experience in technical or operational roles within high-speed consumer product manufacturing
• Ability to work independently or in a team to complete projects on time
• Experience with manufacturing analysis tools such as statistical process control and Six Sigma
