Process Engineer

Job Summary

Monitoring and managing incident prevention responsibilities within the Inside Plant environment, the full-time remote Process Engineer I will analyze customer specifications, perform Co-Pilot analyses for new ISP projects, and provide technical support to field personnel and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret customer specifications and assess alignment with Co-Pilot program guidelines
• Perform daily Co-Pilot analysis for new ISP projects and report findings bi-weekly to management
• Provide technical support to field personnel and maintain a strong understanding of quality and process standards in the telecommunications industry

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months related experience and/or training
• Minimum of 7 years of field engineering and/or installation experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Project, Visio, and database operations
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
