Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Engineer - Business Process Reengineering (BPR/BPI).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end process mapping using tools such as ARIS
• Conduct time-motion studies to evaluate efficiency opportunities
• Lead Lean Six Sigma assessments and recommend continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering, business process reengineering, or process improvement
• Strong expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with ARIS, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience analyzing operational metrics, KPIs, and performance data
