Process Engineer with ERP

Job Summary

To support a financial services client, the part-time Contract Process Engineer with ERP experience will document and streamline processes, design new workflows, and evaluate ERP processes from a risk management perspective, working in a hybrid environment based in Richmond or McLean, VA.

Key responsibilities

• Document processes using tools such as swim lane process maps and performance metrics
• Partner with business and technology areas to design and implement new ERP processes
• Lead teams to identify process improvements and develop effective controls for business processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in process management, improvement, or design
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
• At least 2 years of experience in risk management within finance
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methodology
