Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Engineering Consultant with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and operational transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and operational transformation
• Plan, develop, and implement process strategies to support a more efficient banking environment
• Analyze process performance using data tools to support data-driven decision making

Required Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to process improvement initiatives
• Background in process engineering or a related business function
• Proficiency with data and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and VBA
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working with business and technology teams
