Process Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Process Engineering - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Process Quality Engineers and Process Engineering teams
• Implement data-driven processes to identify and address customer quality issues and nonconformances
• Establish and deploy quality engineering strategies and initiatives across manufacturing and repair operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years in quality and/or process engineering management
• Work authorization to be employed in the United States
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and related quality tools
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role
