Process Excellence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Excellence Analyst to evaluate and improve business processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document existing business processes and workflows
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Facilitate organizational change and support process governance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis or project management
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and Microsoft Office suite
• Knowledge of Process Management and Improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma or ITIL
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certification preferred
