Process Excellence Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Excellence Director to improve internal processes within the global IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach IT leaders and team members in Lean/CI and Six Sigma methodologies
• Lead the Global IT Service Desk team and apply Lean/CI principles to improve customer satisfaction and internal efficiency
• Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving workshops and process improvement activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or similar field
• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma is strongly preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience leading/coaching Lean methodologies and facilitating kaizen events
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of the Toyota Production System preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze multifaceted problems
