Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Excellence and Implementation Lead (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of project review processes and tools to reduce review duration while maintaining quality
• Identify and implement opportunities for process mapping, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency
• Facilitate change management and coordinate with departments to maximize workflow efficiency and revenue opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in process optimization and operational systems improvement
• Experience with process overhaul in regulatory or certification-related review processes
• Prior experience leading process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Kanban and Lean Six Sigma
• Hands-on experience with automation and applied AI to enhance process efficiency
• Experience analyzing operational data to identify constraints and improve throughput
