Process Excellence Lead

Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of internal process optimization strategies, the full-time remote Process Excellence Lead will utilize automation and AI to streamline operational workflows, standardize processes across teams, and lead training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process reviews to identify inefficiencies and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities
• Manage PEX initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking benefits realization

Required qualifications

• Proficiency and certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and continuous improvement tools
• Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Power Automate and UiPath
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts relevant to process improvement
• Experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management
