Process Excellence Lead

Job Summary

Owning the design and execution of internal process optimization strategies, the full-time remote Process Excellence Lead will utilize automation and AI to streamline operational workflows, standardize processes across teams, and enhance productivity through training and change management initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process reviews and deploy Lean and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities
• Manage PEX initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and tracking milestones

Required qualifications

• Proficiency and certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) and continuous improvement tools
• Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement
• Strong skills in data analysis and decision-making
• Familiarity with automation platforms such as Power Automate and UiPath
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts related to process improvement
