Process Excellence Representative

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Associate Process Excellence Representative will develop and implement process improvement initiatives, conduct data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement within service delivery processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process optimization strategies

Required qualifications

• Working knowledge of process mapping and flowcharting tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana)
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
