Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Process Improvement Associate will lead cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and manage stakeholder engagement to support organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring timely completion and collaboration
- Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, assisting in the development of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies
- Collaboratively formulates implementation and communication strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
- 3+ years of work experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, and/or consulting
- 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management
- 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Theory of Constraints
