Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Consultant (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify and select Lean Six Sigma projects for cost reduction and improved client satisfaction
  • Lead consultative projects across the enterprise, managing project life cycles and aligning strategies with organizational needs
  • Collaborate with project teams on process improvement planning, communication, and training to ensure successful execution and adoption
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or product development, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in process improvement, consulting, and process modeling at a large financial institution
  • Experience in risk and control identification and collaboration with risk management
  • Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
  • Experience utilizing ARIS BPMN Software or other BPMN Software; Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
