Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Improvement Consultant in Retail Bank Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and oversee operations or technology processes to optimize efficiency and mitigate risks
- Conduct business diagnostics to identify and prioritize value creation projects and oversee their implementation
- Facilitate the redesign of processes and mentor teams to ensure smooth integration of new procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred
- Background in process improvement and project management
- Experience with data analysis and process modeling
- Six Sigma experience is a plus
