Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Consultant responsible for enhancing organizational processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies and develop detailed process maps
  • Collaborate with departments to gather input and build consensus on process improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and ROI of process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Engineering, or a related field is required; Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in process improvement or business analysis, with at least two years in impactful process improvement
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, as well as data analysis techniques
  • Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, preferably in the mortgage industry
