Job Summary
To enhance organizational efficiency, the full-time salaried Process Improvement Director will develop and implement business process excellence initiatives, utilizing Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies while managing project implementations remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for business unit implementation processes, ensuring adherence to standard practices
- Manage business and program implementations to meet budget, timeline, and contractual requirements
- Coordinate cross-functional tasks and communicate project status to all stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in process optimization, process improvement, or project management
- Experience with Six Sigma/LEAN methodologies
- Knowledge of process mapping, process design, and workflow management software
- Six Sigma/LEAN Certification is highly preferred
