Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time remote Process Improvement Engineer will enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by leveraging Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies across various business functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and execute process transformation opportunities
  • Facilitate workshops for process mapping, root cause analysis, and operational excellence
Required qualifications
  • Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, or High school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvement initiatives in complex environments
  • Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools and data analysis platforms
