Process Improvement Engineer

Job Summary

To optimize Courtyard's vault and logistics network, the full-time Process Improvement Engineer will design workflows, facility layouts, and labor models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance throughput, reduce costs, and support expansion efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer end-to-end workflows across receiving, intake, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to optimize throughput and efficiency
• Define standard operating models and performance benchmarks across vaults and develop labor standards tied to volume forecasts
• Lead operational design for new facility launches and evaluate automation and tooling implementations to enhance processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement engineering, industrial engineering, or logistics engineering
• Hands-on experience in fulfillment centers, warehouses, or logistics networks
• Strong foundation in process engineering, workflow design, and operational modeling
• Comfort using data for decision-making, including throughput modeling and capacity planning
• Experience supporting facility launches and automation initiatives preferred
