Process Improvement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Manager responsible for optimizing and enhancing processes within the legal recovery collection functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviews state process documentation to ensure consistency and streamline processes
• Identifies process gaps and works with teams to remediate off-track accounts
• Leads small to medium scale projects and implements automation tools for efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role
• Six Sigma knowledge or certification is a plus
