Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Lead, Process Improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify risks, coordinate projects, and partner with leadership to strategize and manage projects
- Gather and analyze data, provide recommendations for business operation savings, and support process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of professional experience in healthcare contracting, provider network management, or related field
- 1+ years of experience using data and metrics for improvements, process improvement, and presenting to Senior Leadership
- Experience in ACA marketplace, claims, healthcare quality, or Lean Six Sigma principles is a bonus
