Key Responsibilities

Monitor systems, triage incidents, and resolve issues related to automation built in UiPath
Support RPA controller activities, including bot monitoring and troubleshooting
Act as a software detective to identify and solve issues within critical business systems

Required Qualifications

Experience with Blue Prism and IT troubleshooting
Aptitude for learning new technologies and systems
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Availability for shift work, including evenings and weekends
Experience in engineering support related to automation tools
