Process Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to identify and implement enterprise-wide process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of performance improvement projects using LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies
• Assist with the implementation and training of functional areas on process engineering maintenance plans
• Collect and evaluate project key performance metrics and develop project status reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement within the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of process mapping and design, statistical applications, and project management software
• LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt or PMP certification is a plus
