Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Process Improvement Specialist will serve as a liaison between internal clients and functional departments, identify risks, implement compliance programs, and monitor the effectiveness of solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a resource for clients, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
- Conduct audits and prepare findings to recommend improvements for organizational programs
- Develop and administer policies and procedures that align with business needs and enhance program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with BlueCard Claims processing and Benefit Systems is preferred
- Knowledge of medical cost savings calculations is advantageous
