Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Process Improvement Specialist will serve as a liaison between internal clients and functional departments, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify risks, evaluate controls, and implement compliance programs to prevent unethical business practices
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and processes, recommending improvements to enhance service quality
- Develop and facilitate training programs and meetings for various internal and external audiences
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience with BlueCard Claims processing and Benefit Systems is preferred
- Knowledge of Medical Cost Savings Calculations is advantageous
- Ability to manage and lead complex departmental projects
