Process Improvement Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Process Improvement Specialist in Supply Chain Operations, the candidate will analyze and optimize supply chain processes, lead technology adoption initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and assess end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization
• Lead initiatives to improve supply chain operations through technology adoption and ERP optimization, ensuring scalable and repeatable solutions
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and improve processes within ERP systems, ensuring alignment with operational needs and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in process improvement or supply chain operations, preferably within a hardware manufacturing environment
• Subject matter expertise in manufacturing supply chain processes, ideally supporting hardware or IT server manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, in a manufacturing or supply chain context
• Strong analytical skills with experience using process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
