Process Improvement Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Specialist, Process Improvement will collaborate with business and technical teams to identify process inefficiencies, manage project plans, and implement improvements to enhance organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify risks and resolve issues through investigation to inform insights for technology-enabled processes and solutions
- Coordinate projects to ensure milestones and service levels are met while maintaining relationships across various teams
- Translate data analysis into visually appealing insights and support the implementation of process improvement projects
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in end-to-end project management and process improvement projects
- 2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and develop recommendations for resolution
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
- 2+ years of experience presenting information to Senior Leadership
- Experience leading teams to reach consensus on decisions
