Process Improvement Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Specialist, Process Improvement will collaborate with business and technical teams to document requirements, manage project plans, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Identify risks and resolve issues through investigation to inform insights for technology-enabled processes and solutions
- Coordinate projects and processes to meet important milestones and service levels
- Translate data analysis into synthesized insights and provide analytical support to prioritize projects based on organizational opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in project management and process improvement projects
- 2+ years of experience analyzing workflows to enhance efficiency and develop recommendations for resolution
- 2+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
- 2+ years of experience presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership
- Experience leading teams to achieve agreement on decisions
