Process Improvement Specialist
Job Summary
Identifying and implementing enterprise-wide process improvement activities, the full-time Process Improvement Specialist will utilize LEAN/Six Sigma methodologies to enhance business infrastructure and support new business opportunities while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of performance improvement projects using LEAN/Six Sigma and PDSA methodologies
- Assist with the implementation and training of staff on process engineering maintenance plans to improve effectiveness
- Collect, monitor, and evaluate project key performance metrics, developing status reports for upper management
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies within the healthcare industry
- LEAN/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred; Black Belt or PMP certification is also a plus
- Previous knowledge of process mapping, design, and project management software
- Experience with statistical applications related to process improvement
