Process Intelligence Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Process Intelligence Consultant will manage client data acquisition, perform exploratory analysis, and support solution development to drive financial performance improvement in healthcare analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client teams to extract and prepare structured data, supporting the ETL process
• Conduct exploratory analysis to uncover trends and deliver dashboards or reports using Power BI/Tableau
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design analytic solutions and coach consulting teams on BI tool functionality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a healthcare IT role with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle workflows
• Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and experience with ETL processes
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and workflow optimization strategies
• Experience collaborating with client teams to define analytic needs and manage workstreams independently
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and prior experience with Epic is highly desired
