Process Intelligence Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance customer experience through data-driven insights, the fully remote Process Intelligence Consultant will develop and manage business relationships, lead analytical projects, and implement process improvements across various business areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifies and manages enterprise-wide product and process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce expenses
• Develops and delivers operational dashboards and analyses using process intelligence tools like Celonis
• Facilitates process efficiency and optimization by incorporating Industrial Engineering practices and collaborating closely with stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 3 or more years of related experience in process improvement or analytics
• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or similar
• Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with operational dashboard tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio or Blue Works Live
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong organizational skills
