Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Process Management Associate will create, analyze, and evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective process improvement strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, including process mapping and data collection
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies, including process documentation and workflow diagrams
- Facilitate process improvement workshops and lead projects to ensure successful implementation and desired outcomes
Required qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
- 3+ years of work experience in process management or process improvement
- 2+ years of experience using process management methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma
- 2+ years of experience with end-to-end process management and mapping
