Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator, Process Management - Trial Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and review litigation Claims referrals and connect with relevant parties
- Input data into the Legal Files matter management system for new file setup
- Create documents and provide workflow tracking for referrals and correspondence
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- High school education or equivalent; legal studies or paralegal studies preferred
- At least two years of experience in a professional environment, preferably in insurance law or legal practice
- Two years of experience working with computer systems and data preferred
- Knowledge of law practice, office practices, and insurance basics
- Ability to navigate multiple computer programs and input data efficiently
