Job Summary

To support the Business Solutions Team, the full-time remote Process Management Specialist will lead high-impact initiatives in Group Insurance, focusing on data-driven problem-solving, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and execute initiatives addressing complex Group Insurance business challenges from problem definition through implementation
  • Apply structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches to identify root causes and drive measurable improvements
  • Own project planning, stakeholder communications, and resource coordination across multiple initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Lean Six Sigma or project management certification with demonstrated experience in complex environments
  • Deep knowledge of Group Insurance products, operations, and service models
  • Strong project and initiative management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools, including Excel and Power BI
