A company is looking for a Process Manager Lead to oversee the Dealer Management program for RV and Marine dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy and stakeholder needs
• Monitor dealer performance metrics and address any breaches in thresholds
• Compile comprehensive reports on Dealer Management metrics and support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a related field
• Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards
• Understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Experience in Indirect Lending is a plus
