Process Mechanical Designer

Job Summary

Leading the development of complex process mechanical piping designs and equipment layouts, the full-time remote Process Mechanical Designer will utilize Revit and AutoCAD to ensure accurate designs, coordinate P&IDs and piping specifications, and mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize Revit/AutoCAD for process mechanical piping design and equipment layout
• Coordinate P&IDs and piping specifications, ensuring design accuracy
• Manage cross-discipline model coordination and clash resolution

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of process mechanical design or related experience
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with P&ID coordination and piping specifications
• Associate's Degree in mechanical engineering technology or related field
• Knowledge of municipal and/or industrial projects, preferably in water/wastewater treatment
