Process Optimization Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate, Process Optimization will manage cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and analyze data to support organizational goals while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
• Evaluates departmental performance by analyzing data and metrics, assisting in the development of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop implementation and communication strategies for effective change management

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• 2+ years of experience with end-to-end project management and workflow design
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
