Process Optimization Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Associate, Process Optimization will lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholder engagement, and optimize internal processes to support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects, ensuring on-time completion and collaboration
• Evaluates departmental performance through data analysis and assists in developing metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborates with stakeholders to formulate implementation and communication strategies for change management initiatives

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
